Cheap & Chic Moschino

This is my recent favorite perfume, and it is NOTHING like what I usually wear.

I was on the lookout for something different from the ones I usually buy, and the main thing was that I needed it to be long-lasting.

I admit, on first spray, I thought it smelled disgusting, too "old", too spicy and too sharp. But once it settled down a while, it develops nicely into something much softer. I would say it smells like fresh citrus and floral though the spiciness is still there. Then it becomes warm and musky, a little sweet and a little sour. Such perfection.

So glad to have stumbled upon this one.

Dragon Blade

Tried Wing Zone for lunch today and its not too bad. The cinnamon maple wasn't as nice with the chicken but the sauce is good on its own, so I wouldn't recommend that. And the student meal costs $6.95 in total which was really cheap as well. 

Watched Dragon Blade today as well and honestly, at first I was a bit reluctant to watch it because I thought it wasn't any good because it's a chinese movie lol. But it was surprisingly nice. Though the movie is like 2 hour plus it doesn't feel that long because it is that good.

CNY Potluck

Day 2 of Chinese New Year at WY's. Candy made cheese and tuna pasta, JW  made rainbow cookies and caramel tarts, Weiyi bought sushi, Siti brought fruits and I brought snacks. 

And Jordy spent 2 hours making this shepherd's pie and it was so good.

Chinese New Year Day 1

So this was how I spent my day 1 of Chinese New Year: grocery shopping at Mustafa. I have never sunk so low this is record breaking for my years of loser CNY days. Too bad I don't have much Singaporean relatives and furthermore, we're not close. Except for my 2 aunts. 

At least I tried to look festive. I realize through Instagram that EVERYONE is wearing either red or something floral wow. 

This is perhaps the best meal I've had since Wednesday because I don't love Chinese food especially on Chinese New Year.
